Dredging and water re-filling works of great quantities were completed in 4 months which would be finished in 16 months if normal construction procedure and method were adopted.

 

The officers of the F1 committee said it was beyond belief that Shenzhen can finish the works in such a short time. They praised that Shenzhen had finished an impossible and great job.
